Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery at no additional cost.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be in new, unused condition.

Items must be returned in the original Belola Living packaging, including all protective packaging materials and inserts.
To help ensure a smooth return process, please package the item carefully using the original packaging. Returns may be declined if the product is damaged due to improper repackaging.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after they are issued, though timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
